Video.Taxi offers you the option of adding markers to your Video on Demand.
With the marker function, you can add jump markers to your video and give them names. This allows you to divide your video into sections and make it clearer.
To do this, go to the desired video via MEDIA and click on the "Marker" area at the bottom left.
Then select the desired point in time at the top of the player at which you would like to set the marker and then click on "Add marker". Here you give the marker a name, change the timecode if necessary and then click on "Create marker".
Your viewers will then see the corresponding marker as a white bar in the video player and the title will appear as soon as they move the mouse over it. This makes it easy to mark chapters or highlights that your viewers can jump to directly.
Using the parameter "?t=number in seconds" (instead of "number in seconds", for example, 60 appears if the video is to start at minute 1), the starting point of a VOD can also be set directly in the link to a marker so that the video starts from there.
Of course, this command works both in the direct link and in the embed code. This is what it looks like in an example link:
