After a speech session, you can download the transcript. Before you do so, you can also edit it and add speaker names so they're identifiable in the transcript.
To do this, after the session has ended, go to “Sessions” and click “Details” on the right.
Here you’ll see the transcript and can edit it as you like by clicking in the text.
On the right, under “Speakers,” you can customize the speaker names displayed. By default, they are saved as Speaker 1, Speaker 2, and so on. To change a speaker’s name, click the pencil icon next to the speaker’s name.
Enter the name here and click “Rename.”
The name will now appear in the transcript above each paragraph spoken by that speaker.
If you want to change the name for just a single paragraph and not for all of them, you can simply click on the speaker’s name above the paragraph.
Here, you can assign the paragraph to an existing speaker or create a new one. You can also choose whether this should apply only to the currently selected sentence or also to the following sentences by the same speaker. Then click “Apply.”
Above the transcript, there’s a toolbar where you can “find and replace” content in the transcript. On the far right, you can save your changes. Click “Discard” to revert to the state before the last save—this allows you to undo actions. In “History,” you can restore previous saved versions.
