After you've created a room, you should share the transcript with your viewers so they can follow along. To do this, click “Share” on the right side of the room.
Here you’ll find various ways to share the session with your viewers. At the very top, you’ll find the link for the room. Click the arrow icon to the right of the link to open the interface that your viewers will see. Or copy the link to send it to others. On the left, you’ll also find a QR code that takes you to the transcript. This can also be copied and downloaded—for example, to send it or print it out. Below the room link, you’ll also find the embed code in HTML, which you can use to embed the room on a website.
When you open the room using one of the methods described above, you’ll be asked which language you’d like to follow the transcript in. You can also enable audio translation, which plays the translation as audio. You can also choose whether to display the original transcript alongside the translation. Finally, click “Launch.”
Now you'll see the live transcription in the selected language (and the original language, if you've enabled that). The different speakers are marked by different text colors.
In the top-right corner, with the headphone icon, you can turn the audio translation on or off. Next to that, the pencil icon gives you a summary of what’s been said so far. And to the right of that, you’ll find the room settings, where you can adjust everything you set when you entered the room (language, etc.). Here, you can also customize the advanced settings (find out what they’re all about here).
