Video.Taxi always endeavors to provide an error-free service. In very rare cases, a complete system component fails. If our own monitoring systems do not work, this is reflected in the frequent reporting of the same incident from different sides. We will indicate failures of this kind to you as Video.Taxi account holder after checking via circular mail. In the case of error-free operation, individual malfunctions may nevertheless occur. If your customer is unable to make a payment, this can be due to various reasons:
- There is no coverage on the means of payment
- A technical interruption of the connection
- Incorrect entries by the customer
To exclude the above errors, the following measures can be taken:
- Delete the browser cache - in the browser under "Settings" - "Privacy and Security" - try the payment again, alternatively
- Complete shutdown of the terminal device thus all browsers are closed and restart. After that, only the page in question should be opened. Make sure that no adblockers prevent the opening of the page. If necessary turn off adblockers - retry the payment, alternatively
- Change of the terminal device - retry the payment
