Revenue, fees and settlement

All revenues from sold tickets (minus fees) will be credited to your personal Wallet. As soon as the consumer (your customer) has made their payment, it becomes visible in your Wallet.

The settlement of your sold Pay per View tickets can be retrieved at any time under Pay per View / PPV Transactions.

We charge fees for the use of our Pay per View function. These fees will be charged whenever you sell a ticket. The following fees are retained:

• Processing fee of our payment service provider (depending on the amount and payment method of the end-user, usually between 4% and 10% of the sales price, the lower the sales price the higher the percentage, as a flat rate is included).
• our fees:
  • flat-rate handling fee of 0.40 EUR per ticket sold
  • percentage handling fee of 7% of the sales price

Within 15 days after the turn of the month, we offer to transfer the amounts collected in the previous month to your bank account. Alternatively, you can retain the collected amounts in your wallet and use them to pay for further livestreams.

For the fees retained by us, we will issue a monthly invoice that may contain taxes, depending on your country of origin (e.g. Germany: VAT). Separate payment of this invoice is not necessary, as the amounts were automatically deducted from the consumer payment credited to your Wallet.

We do not pay any taxes for the tickets you sell. You always receive the gross amounts. You are responsible for any taxation that might be necessary and for the payment of taxes. We do not give tax advice.

Please note: We do not invoice your end customers for you or on your behalf.
