When the transcription bot you created joins the meeting, it automatically sends a welcome message to the chat. You can customize this message or turn it off.
To do this, click on the three dots in the top-right corner and there on “Welcome Message”.
Use the toggle at the very top to set whether the bot should send a welcome message. Below that, you can choose from various Presets. You can also fully customize the message text. The “%%link%%” in this text allows meeting participants to follow the live transcript. So leave it in the message text if you want participants to be able to follow the live transcript, or remove it if not.
