During an ongoing livestream, you can display an overlay, i.e. an image layer above your livestream output. This can be useful, for example, to signal a break or to transition from one speaker to the next.
To be able to display an overlay during the stream, you must first upload one. To do this, go to the LIVESTREAMS section and click on the Image-Overlays tab. Here you can now give the new overlay a name on the right-hand side, upload the image that appears in the overlay (make sure that it corresponds to the full-screen format of the livestream if possible) and then upload it.
It will then appear on the left under My image overlays. Here you can see a preview of the overlay, adjust the name and delete it.
During the livestream, you can now fade in the overlay by clicking on the Overlays tab in the livestream cockpit-player, selecting the desired overlay on the right and then clicking on "Show Overlay". The overlay will then appear in the stream with a slight latency (about 15 seconds). If you want to hide the overlay again, click on "Hide Overlay".
