You can improve the rate of words recognized by the engine by creating a Vocabulary containing the pronunciation of difficult words.
To create a new dictionary or edit an existing one, go to the Vocabularies tab via ACCOUNT . All your Vocabularies are listed here. To add to an existing dictionary, click on "Edit" to the right of the Vocabulary. If you want to create a new Vocabulary, click on "Create a new vocabulary" at the bottom.
In the left column you write the correct spelling of the word/phrase, which is then also displayed as a subtitle (this is the most important step). In the right-hand column you can optionally enter the pronunciation if there are any variations (e.g. nyohki for gnocchi).
The entries can now either be imported into the dictionary collectively as an existing .csv or .txt file or they can be added individually as entries. Once you have added all the entries, click on "Create vocabulary" (or "Update vocabulary" if you are editing an existing one).
If you want the subtitle generating engine to access the dictionary during a livestream, when creating VoD subtitles or when using Speech, select the corresponding dictionary when creating the respective session.
